Reine Labo exists for entertainment. There is no real money, nothing to buy and nothing of value to win. Even so, any game can take up more time than you meant. These tools and tips are here to keep play healthy.
Tips for healthy play
- Decide how long you'll play before you start, and stick to it.
- Take regular breaks — get up, stretch, have a drink of water.
- Don't play when you're upset, tired or to escape problems.
- Remember coins are not money and can't be turned into money.
- Keep a balance with work, family, friends and other hobbies.
Signs it may be time for a break
- You play for longer than planned, often.
- You feel irritable or anxious when you can't play.
- Play is getting in the way of sleep, work or relationships.
- You're thinking about real-money gambling to chase the same feeling.
Break and restriction tools
Ask Player Care for a break of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or longer, a permanent account closure, or deletion of your data. You can also delete your account yourself at any time from My account. Games work without signing in, so if you want a complete break we recommend also using device-level tools such as screen-time limits.
Protecting under-18s
Reine Labo is for adults only. If you share a device with young people, use parental controls and don't leave accounts signed in. Tools such as Net Nanny or your device's built-in family settings can help.
